Tour Details

Day 1 - Arrival at Srinagar Airport

Pickup from Srinagar Airport and start for Srinagar Hotel, Srinagar stay. (Visit: Can roam at your own)

Day 2 - Srinagar to Kargil

After breakfast leave for Kargil. Kargil stay.{Visit : Zozila Pass, Kargil War Memorial)

Day 3 - Kargil to Leh

After breakfast leave for Leh. Leh stay. {Visit : Lamayuru, Sangam, Ma1netlc Hills, Hall of Fame, Patthar Sahib Gurudwara}

Day 4 - Leh local sightseeing

Leh local sightseeing. Leh stay. {Visit :Shanti Stupa, Hemis, Tickshey, Sindhu Ghat, Rancho School, Shey Place, Leh Palace}

Day 5 - Leh to Nubra Valley

After breakfast leave for Nubra. Nubra stay. {Visit: Khardoncla Pass, Dlsklt Monastry, Sand Dunes}

Day 6 - Nubra Valley to Turtuk to Nubra

After breakfast leave for Turtuk. Hunder stay.{Visit :Turtuk, Thang & Tyakshi}

Day 7 - Nubra to Pangong

After breakfast leave for Pangong. Pangong stay. (Visit: Agaham Sayok & Pangong Lake)

Day 8 - Pangong to Leh

All tourists must carry 2copies of passport size photo and 5 photo copies of Voter Identity Card for inner line permits and wildlife permits. School/College Photo Identity Card, Passport also allowed.

(f) Rooms will be Double or Triple Occupancy Basis. Triple Occupancy will be with Extra-mattress / Bed.
(g) All transport will be Private Vehicles (Non-AC and point to point basis).
(h) For 01 to 05 Pax: Innova / similar (05 Seater).
(i) For 06 to 12 Pax: Tempo Traveller (12 Seater). 

(a) Any tickets or entry fees for sightseeing.
(b) All types of personal expenses.
(c) Food – Lunch & all on road food (if require).
(d) ILP Charges.
(e) Any expenses that need to occur due to any unavoidable circumstances which are beyond our control or for any activities, natural calamities etc. that you have to pay on your own on the spot at actual. In this situation we have no financial or legal liabilities for the same and you can’t claim a refund of it.
(f) Cost due to mishandling of things at hotel premises during a tour where there are cost involvements. If such things happen you have to pay on the spot at actual or claimed by officials.
(g) Due to hill sickness if the car becomes dirty due to vomiting or by any other means by guests, you have to pay cleaning charges as claimed by Car owner or driver.
(h) Any type of medical expenses, if required.
(i) Oxygen Cylinder charges.
Note: Prices given above are approximate & INR only and it may vary from time to time in respect to market demand.

  • Avoid littering and deposit garbage at designate places.
  • Keep all pollutants away from streams and lakes.
  • Respect local culture by taking permission before taking photographs.
  • It is customary to circles shrines in clock wise directions.
  • Co-operates with Army Persons and Drivers.
  • Don’t disturb wildlife or its habitat.
  • Don’t smoke, drink alcohol or talk loudly near sacred places.
  • Don’t pluck plants or flower.
Payment & Cancellation Terms
  • 50% of the total package cost is to be paid to confirm a booking. The Balance 50% is to be paid before 10 Days of journey.
  • If an advance is received but unlikely the customer cancel the tour then less than 5 days prior to the date if travel 100% of the package cost as cancellation charges, 5 day prior to the date of travel 50% of the package cost as cancellation charges, 20 days prior to the date of travel 20% of the package cost as cancellation charges.
Tour & Rules & Regulations
  •  Keep it in mind that, this is home stay tourism. No deluxe facilities will available here.
  •  The route can modify or change. But night stay will be the same. As an example sometimes the tour will start from Rolep or Aritar, then everybody will visit Sillerygaon before last day at the trip.
  •  In the event of natural calamities (Road Block, Heavy Ice Fall, and Road Cutting) or unavoidable circumstances, Company has discretionary powers to modify the route without assigning any reason.
  •  If the car breaks down at time of tour, minimum 3 hours needed to replace a new one. No chaos will be entertained.
  •  The company reserves the right to alter/cancel any of the tours advertised in the brochure, without assigning any reason. In that case, money paid by the tour participant will be refunded after deducting the actual costs, but no compensation claim will be entertaine
