Tour Details
Day 1 - Arrival at Jammu Railway Station – Transfer to Katra
Arrival at Jammu Railway Station and transfer to Katra (approx. 2-hour drive). Check-in at Katra hotel for overnight stay.
Day 2 - Katra – Vaishno Devi Darshan
Early morning trek to Vaishno Devi Shrine (14 km each way) or option for pony/helicopter. Return to Katra in the evening for rest. Overnight stay at Katra.
Day 3 - Katra – Pahelgam
Depart for Pahelgam after breakfast (approx. 7-8 hours). Enjoy the scenic views on the way; check-in at Pahelgam hotel. Evening at leisure to explore nearby areas. Overnight stay at Pahelgam.
Day 4 - Pahelgam Sightseeing
Sightseeing in Pahelgam, including local spots like Betaab Valley and Aru Valley (as per availability). Evening free for shopping or leisure. Overnight stay at Pahelgam.
Day 5 - Pahelgam – Srinagar (House Boat Stay)
Transfer to Srinagar (approx. 2-3 hours). Check-in to the traditional houseboat in Srinagar. Shikara ride in Dal Lake in the evening (optional). Overnight stay on a houseboat.
Day 6 - Srinagar – Sonamarg Day Trip
Full-day excursion to Sonamarg. Enjoy activities or simply admire the breathtaking beauty of Sonamarg. Return to Srinagar for an overnight stay in a hotel.
Day 7 - Srinagar – Gulmarg Day Trip
Day trip to Gulmarg, renowned for its scenic beauty and skiing in winter. Option for a gondola ride to witness the panoramic views. Return to Srinagar in the evening for an overnight stay.
Day 8 - Srinagar Sightseeing
Full-day sightseeing tour of Srinagar, covering Mughal Gardens (Nishat Bagh, Shalimar Bagh, Chashme Shahi), and other local attractions. Evening free for shopping or a relaxing boat ride. Overnight stay at Srinagar.
Day 9 - Departure – Srinagar to Jammu Railway Station
Check-out after breakfast and transfer to Jammu Railway Station for your onward journey.

- Any expenses that need to occur due to any unavoidable circumstances which are beyond our control or for any activities, natural calamities etc. that you have to pay on your own on the spot at actual. In this situation we have no financial or legal liabilities for the same and you can’t claim a refund of it.
- Cost due to mishandling of things at hotel premises during a tour where there are cost involvements. If such things happen you have to pay on the spot at actual or claimed by officials.
- Due to hill sickness if the car becomes dirty due to vomiting or by any other means by guests, you have to pay cleaning charges as claimed by Car owner or driver.
- Any type of medical expenses, if required.
- Oxygen Cylinder charges.
- Note: Prices given above are approximate & INR only and it may vary from time to time in respect to market demand.
- Avoid littering and deposit garbage at designate places.
- Keep all pollutants away from streams and lakes.
- Respect local culture by taking permission before taking photographs.
- It is customary to circles shrines in clock wise directions.
- Co-operates with Army Persons and Drivers.
- Don’t disturb wildlife or its habitat.
- Don’t smoke, drink alcohol or talk loudly near sacred places.
- Don’t pluck plants or flower.
Payment & Cancellation Terms
- 50% of the total package cost is to be paid to confirm a booking. The Balance 50% is to be paid before 10 Days of journey.
- If an advance is received but unlikely the customer cancel the tour then less than 5 days prior to the date if travel 100% of the package cost as cancellation charges, 5 day prior to the date of travel 50% of the package cost as cancellation charges, 20 days prior to the date of travel 20% of the package cost as cancellation charges.
Tour & Rules & Regulations
- Keep it in mind that, this is home stay tourism. No deluxe facilities will available here.
- The route can modify or change. But night stay will be the same. As an example sometimes the tour will start from Rolep or Aritar, then everybody will visit Sillerygaon before last day at the trip.
- In the event of natural calamities (Road Block, Heavy Ice Fall, and Road Cutting) or unavoidable circumstances, Company has discretionary powers to modify the route without assigning any reason.
- If the car breaks down at time of tour, minimum 3 hours needed to replace a new one. No chaos will be entertained.
- The company reserves the right to alter/cancel any of the tours advertised in the brochure, without assigning any reason. In that case, money paid by the tour participant will be refunded after deducting the actual costs, but no compensation claim will be entertaine
